Coaches & Mentoring

       In the 405 Strain DNA Youth 7V7 Program, we are fortunate to have a team of experienced and dedicated coaches who are committed to helping our young athletes reach their full potential. Our coaching staff includes former professional players, coaches, and certified trainers who bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our program.


       Each member of our coaching staff specializes in a specific area of the game, whether it's offense, defense, conditioning, or skill development. With their diverse backgrounds and unique skill sets, our coaches are able to provide comprehensive training that focuses on all aspects of the game. They are passionate about helping youth athletes improve their skills, build confidence, and achieve success both on and off the field.


       Our coaching staff is dedicated to creating a positive and supportive environment where athletes can grow both as individuals and as athletes. They are committed to providing personalized attention and guidance to each player, helping them develop their strengths and improve their weaknesses. By working closely with our coaching staff, athletes in the 405 Strain Youth 7V7 Program can expect to see significant growth and improvement in their game.

3 year starter at the University of Central Oklahoma and played slot receiver, Kick/ punt returner. Been playing competitive flag football since 2018 and started running a competitive flag league in 2021. Have been coaching since 2017

Attended Lawton High and offered a scholarship at SWOSU for defensive back. Stared coaching in 2023 and just has a passion for passing on knowledge and seeing the game grow

 3 Year Starter at OU, played RB, Cornerback, & Safety. I’ve been traveling and playing the flag game on a competitive level since 2019 played in USA Flag & AFFL tournaments. We are here to help put Oklahoma on the map in the flag world!

Attended Norman High School where he played DB and WR. Attended SWOSU and played WR. Started coaching 2023

Played slot Receiver at Colin Community College in Mississippi (JUCO). Started playing competitive flag and 2013 and started coaching in 2018.

Former QB, Went to the Navy after Highschool. Started coaching youth in 2017 and love having the opportunity to help develop the youth through sports.

Played at PCO received scholarship to OU/Kansas for football and track! Played RB, CB, and kick off returner. Decided to salute Uncle Sam united States Army. Played 3 years Semi Pro for Oklahoma Thunder, been coaching since 2010.
