Our 7V7/ Flag football program is built for athletes who are ready to train and compete at an elite level. Player placement is determined by skill, age and/or experience, and every athlete is expected to rise to the challenge. This is not a recreational program. Athletes will face top-tier competition from across the state and country. Each team is carefully selected by our coaching staff to ensure that every player contributes to a high-performing unit. When we step onto the field, there are no weak links—every athlete is a standout. We expect our players to bring intensity, discipline, and excellence to every practice, game, and tournament.

405 Strain Costs
405 Strain DNA Youth Program is for athletes 10U - 18U looking to develop their skills and compete with top talent throughout the off season. The season will expand from Mid-February to early August and will consist of various leagues, tournaments, and camps in 7v7 and 5v5 flag also including weekly practices.
- Practices and skill sessions will be held in the Norman/ Moore OK area in various locations.
- All league games will be played within the OKC metro area.
- All tournaments will be played within the touching States. Exceptions would be World/ National qualifier event(s)
COST
- (3) Custom Jerseys and Backpack- $135
- Monthly Cost- $per player (Varies depending on age group), which will be due the 15th of each month. Monthly cost covers field practice fees, operations, Player league & tournament fees, insurance
